Is Sherlock Calls really free to start?
Yes. Every Slack workspace gets 100 free credits with no credit card required. One credit equals one voice-call investigation action (fetching a transcript, computing a cost, correlating providers). Most teams can answer 50–80 questions with 100 credits before needing to upgrade.
What is a credit in Sherlock Calls?
One credit is consumed every time Sherlock fetches data from a connected provider (e.g. pulling a Twilio call log, retrieving an ElevenLabs transcript). A typical natural-language question costs 1–3 credits depending on how many providers Sherlock needs to query. Cross-provider correlation queries cost 2 credits.
How much does the Team plan cost?
Team plans start at $50 per month for 20,000 credits and scale up to $5,000 per month for 2,400,000 credits. Credits are billed monthly and auto-refresh each cycle. All plans are per Slack workspace and can be cancelled at any time.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Sherlock will notify your Slack workspace when you are approaching your credit limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time inside Slack or from your dashboard. Credits on Team plans refresh automatically each billing cycle.
Does Sherlock Calls offer an Enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise plans include custom credit volumes, dedicated onboarding, priority support, SLA guarantees, custom integrations with internal tools and APIs, invoicing, and data processing agreements (DPA). Contact hello@usesherlock.ai to discuss.
Can I cancel my Sherlock Calls subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on Starter or Team plans. You can cancel from your Slack workspace settings at any time. Unused credits are not refunded but you keep access until the end of your billing period.
