1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sherlock Calls ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by DoTricks Superpowers SL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Spain.

2. Description of Service

Sherlock Calls is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with Slack to help you investigate and analyze voice call data from various providers (Twilio, ElevenLabs, Genesys, and others). The Service allows you to query call logs, transcripts, and metadata using natural language.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through Slack or Google. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service offers various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.4 Credits

Some plans include usage credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise specified.

4.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To exercise this right, notify us at legal@usesherlock.ai before the 14-day period expires.

However, by commencing use of the Service you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive the right of withdrawal once the Service has begun to be delivered or once digital content has been made available to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to access

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Slack, Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DoTricks Superpowers SL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the AI assistant. You should verify critical information independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTRICKS SUPERPOWERS SL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoTricks Superpowers SL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also submit a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
